As from 1 August 2018 Engelmann had personnel changes  in the sales management.

Benedikt Heid takes on the position of the sales director.

For this position Mr. Heid brings with him extensive know-how and experience.

For the past ten years, Mr. Heid has been active for a water treatment company from Heidelberg and has held various positions in Europe and South America. Most recently, he was responsible for the region of Western Europe.

He started in 2002 with a Bavarian pump manufacturer in Germany and Brazil.

Mr. Heid has a lot of experience in structuring sales and marketing teams and is convinced of customer-oriented thinking: “Our markets demand flexible distribution models. As a manufacturer of quality products, we depend on understanding what drives our customers and align our products and processes to generate added value.” Intercultural competences are another factor for successful market cultivation.

The dynamic market environment and the step into the metrology industry has led Mr. Heid to come to Engelmann, he reveals.

He sees Engelmann as a valued and reliable partner for heat and cooling measurement and as a supplier of system technology. Mr. Heid has a clear focus on Engelmann’s core competencies for the future.
